This page explains what personal data Kunoa Ventures collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask to see, correct or delete it.这一页说明 Kunoa Ventures 收集哪些个人资料、为什么收集、会分享给谁，以及你要如何查阅、更正或要求删除。

This website and our classes are operated by Kunoa Ventures, a business registered in Malaysia with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), registration number 003861031-H. We run hands-on kids programs in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Kunoa" mean Kunoa Ventures.本网站与课程由 Kunoa Ventures 营运，为在马来西亚公司委员会（SSM）注册的企业，注册编号 003861031-H。我们在吉隆坡 Cheras 开办儿童动手课程。本政策中的「我们」「Kunoa」均指 Kunoa Ventures。

We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).我们依据马来西亚《2010 年个人资料保护法令（PDPA）》处理个人资料。

2. What we collect2. 我们收集什么

We only collect what we need to answer you and run classes:我们只收取回覆你与营运课程所需要的资料：

  • Contact details — parent or guardian name, phone number (including your WhatsApp number), and email address.联络资料——家长或监护人姓名、电话号码（包括你的 WhatsApp 号码）、电邮地址。
  • Child details — the child's name or preferred name, age or year of birth, and anything you choose to tell us that affects their class (for example allergies, learning needs or which location suits you).孩子资料——孩子的姓名或称呼、年龄或出生年份，以及你主动告知、会影响上课安排的事项（例如过敏、学习需要，或适合的据点）。
  • Messages you send us — the content of your WhatsApp messages, emails and any photos or files you send us.你发给我们的讯息——WhatsApp 讯息内容、电邮，以及你传给我们的照片或档案。
  • Enrolment and class records — which program and class your child is in, attendance, make-up classes, and progress notes.报名与上课记录——孩子所报的课程与班别、出勤、补课记录、学习进度笔记。
  • Billing records — invoices and receipts, and a record of what was paid and when. Where you pay by bank transfer or e-wallet, we see the payment reference and the name on the transfer; we do not collect or store your card numbers or bank login details.收费记录——发票与收据，以及付款金额与日期。若你以银行转帐或电子钱包付款，我们会看到付款参考号与转帐者姓名；我们不会收集或储存你的卡号或银行登入资料。
  • Job applications — if you apply to work with us, the CV and details you send us.求职申请——若你应征我们的职位，你所提交的履历与资料。

This website does not require you to create an account, and we do not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.本网站不需要你注册帐号，我们也不放广告追踪程式，更不会把资料卖给广告商。

3. How we collect it3. 我们怎么取得这些资料

Almost always because you gave it to us directly — by messaging us on WhatsApp, emailing us, filling in a form we sent you, or telling us in person at the centre. We may also receive your name and message if you contact us through our Facebook or Instagram page.几乎都是你直接提供给我们的——透过 WhatsApp 私讯、电邮、填写我们发给你的表单，或亲自到中心告知。若你透过我们的 Facebook 或 Instagram 专页联系，我们也会收到你的名称与讯息内容。

4. Why we use it4. 我们用来做什么

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a trial class.回覆你的咨询、安排体验课。
  • To enrol your child, place them in the right class, and keep attendance.办理报名、安排合适班别、记录出勤。
  • To send class reminders, schedule changes, make-up class arrangements and other messages about your child's classes.发送上课提醒、时间异动、补课安排等与孩子课程相关的讯息。
  • To issue invoices and receipts and keep proper business records.开立发票与收据，并保存必要的营运帐务记录。
  • To keep the centre safe — for example knowing about an allergy before class.维护上课安全——例如事先知道孩子的过敏状况。
  • To improve how we teach and how we answer parents.改进我们的教学方式与回覆家长的方式。

We will only send you promotional messages about Kunoa if you have asked us about our classes or are already a customer, and you can tell us to stop at any time.只有在你曾向我们咨询课程、或已经是我们的客户的情况下，我们才会发送 Kunoa 的推广讯息；你随时可以叫我们停止。

5. WhatsApp and messaging5. 关于 WhatsApp 与讯息

Our business WhatsApp number runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message is delivered through Meta's systems and is also stored in the messaging system we use to manage parent conversations, so that we can find your enquiry later and reply properly.我们的商用 WhatsApp 号码使用由 Meta 营运的 WhatsApp Business Platform。当你用 WhatsApp 传讯息给我们，讯息会经由 Meta 的系统传送，同时也会储存在我们用来管理家长对话的讯息系统里，以便日后找得回你的咨询、也回覆得完整。

Some replies you receive from us may be sent automatically based on keywords in your message (for example fees, location or how to sign up). If your question isn't matched, it is passed to a real person. You can ask for a real person at any time by replying with "agent" or "真人".你收到的部分回覆，可能是系统依你讯息中的关键字自动发送的（例如收费、地点、如何报名）。若比对不到，讯息会转给真人处理。你也可以随时回覆「真人」或「agent」要求真人服务。

Meta's own handling of WhatsApp data is governed by Meta's privacy policy, which we do not control.Meta 本身对 WhatsApp 资料的处理，受 Meta 自己的隐私权政策规范，非我们所能控制。

6. Photos and videos of children6. 孩子的照片与影片

We sometimes take photos or short videos in class to show parents what their child made, and to show our work publicly — on this website, on our social media pages, or in printed material.我们有时会在课堂上拍照或录短片，让家长看到孩子做出了什么，也会用于对外展示——包括本网站、社群专页或印刷品。

We will not publish a photo or video that identifies your child without a parent or guardian's permission. If you have given permission and later change your mind, tell us and we will take it down from anything we control. Ask us and we will note "no photos" against your child's record.未经家长或监护人同意，我们不会公开可辨识孩子身分的照片或影片。若你曾同意、之后改变主意，告诉我们，我们会从我们能控制的地方撤下。你也可以要求我们在孩子的记录上注明「不拍照」。

7. Who we share it with7. 我们会分享给谁

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run the business, and only for that purpose:我们不卖你的资料，也不会把资料交给任何人做他们自己的行销。只有营运所必需的服务供应商，我们才会分享，且仅限于该用途：

  • Meta — for delivering WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages.Meta——用于传递 WhatsApp、Facebook 与 Instagram 讯息。
  • Our hosting and software providers — the servers and tools that run this website and store our messages, class records and invoices.主机与软体供应商——营运本网站，以及储存讯息、上课记录与单据的服务器和工具。
  • Our instructors and staff — only the details they need to teach and look after your child safely.我们的导师与工作人员——仅限于教学与照顾孩子安全所需要的资料。

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety.若法律要求，或为保护他人安全所必需，我们也可能揭露资料。

8. Where your data is stored8. 资料存放在哪里

Some of the services we use store data on servers outside Malaysia. That means your personal data may be transferred to and stored in another country. Where that happens, we choose providers that apply recognised security practices, and we still treat your data under this policy.我们使用的部分服务，其服务器设于马来西亚境外，因此你的个人资料可能被传输并储存在其他国家。发生这种情况时，我们会选择采用公认安全标准的供应商，并且仍依本政策处理你的资料。

9. How long we keep it9. 我们保存多久

We keep your data for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it — while your child is with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back or we need the record. Billing records are kept for as long as Malaysian law requires business records to be kept. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.我们只在原本收集目的所需的期间内保存资料——孩子在学期间，以及之后一段合理期间，以便你日后回来或我们需要查阅记录。帐务单据则依马来西亚法律对营业记录的保存年限保留。不再需要时，我们会删除或匿名化。

10. Your rights10. 你的权利

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:依据 PDPA，你可以要求我们：

  • Show you what personal data we hold about you and your child.查阅我们持有你与孩子的哪些个人资料。
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.更正错误或过时的资料。
  • Stop using it for marketing, or limit how we use it.停止用于行销，或限制我们的使用方式。
  • Delete it, where we do not need to keep it by law.删除资料（法律要求保存者除外）。

We do not charge for this, and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. We may need to confirm who you are first, so that we don't hand a child's details to the wrong person.这些不收费，我们会尽快回覆。我们可能需要先确认你的身分，以免把孩子的资料交给不相干的人。

11. How to request deletion of your data11. 如何要求删除你的资料

Email contact@kunoa.com.my with the subject line "Delete my data", or send us the same request on WhatsApp at 011-1088 6217. Tell us the name and phone number you contacted us with, so we can find your records.寄电邮至 contact@kunoa.com.my，主旨写 「Delete my data」；或用 WhatsApp 011-1088 6217 提出同样要求。请附上你当初联系我们时用的姓名与电话，方便我们找到你的记录。

Please tell us three things so we delete the right records: the name you gave us, the phone number, email address or social media account you contacted us from, and whether you want everything deleted or only your message history.请告诉我们三件事，我们才删得对：你给过我们的姓名、你用来联络的电话号码／电邮／社群帐号，以及你要删全部还是只删对话记录。

We will delete your enquiry and message history, your contact details and your child's class records, except for billing records we are legally required to keep. We will confirm within 7 days that we have received your request, delete the data within 30 days, and write back to tell you once it is done.我们会删除你的咨询与讯息记录、联络资料，以及孩子的上课记录；法律规定必须保存的帐务单据除外。我们会在 7 天内确认已收到你的要求，30 天内完成删除，并回覆告诉你已经处理好。

If you messaged us on Facebook or Instagram如果你是透过 Facebook 或 Instagram 联络我们

When you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we receive your public profile name, your profile picture and the content of your messages. We use this only to reply to you and to keep track of your enquiry. We do not post on your behalf, and we do not read anything outside the conversation you started with us.当你私讯我们的 Facebook 专页或 Instagram 帐号时，我们会收到你的公开名称、头像与讯息内容。这些只用来回覆你与追踪你的询问。我们不会以你的名义发文，也不会读取你与我们对话以外的任何内容。

To have that deleted, send us the request above. You can also cut off our access yourself at any time:要删除这部分，照上面的方式提出即可。你也可以随时自己切断我们的存取权：

  • Facebook — Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites › remove Kunoa.Facebook——设定与隐私 › 设定 › 应用程式和网站 › 移除 Kunoa。
  • Instagram — Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites › remove Kunoa.Instagram——设定 › 网站权限 › 应用程式和网站 › 移除 Kunoa。

Removing the app stops us receiving anything further. It does not by itself delete what we already have, so send us the request as well.移除后我们就收不到新的资料，但已经收到的不会因此消失，所以还是要向我们提出要求。

12. Keeping it safe12. 资料安全

Access to parent and student records is limited to the people who need it. Our website and messaging system run over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and we will tell affected families if something goes seriously wrong.家长与学员记录仅限必要人员存取。我们的网站与讯息系统均以加密连线运作。没有系统是绝对安全的，但我们会采取合理措施保护你的资料；万一发生严重事故，我们会通知受影响的家庭。

13. Children13. 关于儿童

Our classes are for children, but our enquiry and enrolment process is for parents and guardians. We ask that children do not send us personal data themselves — please contact us from a parent's or guardian's phone or email.我们的课程对象是儿童，但咨询与报名流程是给家长或监护人的。请勿让孩子自行传送个人资料给我们——请使用家长或监护人的电话或电邮与我们联系。

14. Changes to this policy14. 政策修改

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell current families directly.若我们改变个人资料的处理方式，会更新本页并修改上方的「最后更新」日期。若属重大变更，我们会直接通知在读家庭。
